Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed only between accounts personally owned by the same trader.

• The Dominion account must act as the master account; external accounts must also belong to the trader.

• Third-party copy-trading services, shared signals, or coordinated trading between different traders are forbidden.

• Accounts showing identical trading patterns across multiple owners will be flagged and may be terminated.

Bots

• Bots and automated systems are permitted if fully aligned with Dominion’s trading policies.

• Bots must be customized per account; identical EA behavior across several accounts is prohibited.

*The following are strictly forbidden:

• Latency arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, or reverse arbitrage

• High-frequency trading (HFT)

• Tick-scalping or ultra-short-term manipulative strategies

• Copying trades or signals from other traders

• Server spamming or exploiting execution delays

Any EA that replicates another trader’s behavior or violates risk rules may result in account termination.

News Trading

• Some challenge models restrict news trading; Swing accounts have no news restrictions.

• For restricted models, opening or closing trades is not allowed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after restricted economic events.

• Pending orders triggered during the restricted window are considered a violation.

• Trades opened at least 5 hours before a restricted news event may remain open during the announcement.

• Only specific events marked as “restricted” in the news calendar apply to these rules.

Minimum Profitable Days

• Standard programs require 3 profitable days.

• Swing programs require 4 profitable days.

• Instant accounts have no minimum profitable day requirement.

Prohibited Practices

• High-frequency trading (HFT), latency abuse, and arbitrage of any form.

• Coordinated or group trading between different traders.

• Server or platform exploitation, including delays, errors, or data-feed manipulation.

• Gap exploitation or any strategy designed to manipulate execution.

• Excessive inconsistency in risk behavior (unusually large position sizes, abnormal volume spikes).

Inactivity Rule Accounts left inactive for an extended period may be deactivated according to Dominion’s internal compliance policies.

-Payouts are processed within 48 hours. If Dominion Funding misses that window, you automatically receive an additional 50% bonus on your payout amount.

-Default payout cycle is 14 days, but traders can reduce it to just 7 days by activating the payout-cycle add-on.
