News Trading *BEM Classic – Swing Accounts News trading is permitted under specific conditions: If a position is opened at least 8 hours before a high-impact news event, you may trade within the 2-minute window before and after the news release.
*BEM Classic & BEM Extended Accounts News trading is prohibited during the restricted period: 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after a high-impact news event.

Restrictions apply only to the affected currency pairs. Crypto pairs are not subject to any news-related restrictions.
Weekend Trades Weekend trading is allowed on all account types without restrictions.
Copy Trading Using copy-trading tools is allowed; however: Copying trades or accounts belonging to other traders is strictly prohibited.
You must be the sole manager of your account at all times.
Inactivity Rule To prevent account termination due to inactivity: You must place at least one trade every 30 days.
Alternatively, you may request an account freeze to avoid closure.
Minimum Trading Days Traders are required to complete a minimum of 3 profitable trading days. A profitable day is defined as a day where closed positions generate at least 0.5% profit based on the account’s starting balance.
EA & Bots The use of automated systems must comply with all rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Engaging in latency, hedge, or reverse arbitrage techniques.
Tick scalping or any ultra-short-term manipulative strategies.
Replicating trades or copying external signals from other traders.
Using emulators, data-feed manipulation tools, or other systems designed to exploit platform behavior.
Prohibited Practices The following practices are not allowed under any circumstances:
One-sided trading: Consistently opening positions in the same direction without considering market conditions.
Arbitrage & price-gap exploitation: Taking advantage of price discrepancies across markets or instruments.
Bracket or pending orders around news: Using pending orders to anticipate or exploit high-impact news events.
System or platform abuse: Exploiting glitches, delayed pricing, or display errors for unfair advantage.
