Consistency Rules

• 40% Rule: No more than 40% of total profit can come from the single “best trading day.”

• Large one-day spikes in PnL may cause payout delays or additional reviews.

• Consistency metrics may reset after partial withdrawals.

• Trading must exhibit stable risk patterns (no sudden, massive lot-size increases).

• Attempts to “overshoot” profit targets with risky late-stage trading may be flagged

Account Rules

• Accounts may be simulated during challenges and funded stages.

• Accounts can be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.

• Re-activation after inactivity is not always guaranteed.

• Traders must be the only operators of their account — no shared usage.

• VPN/VPS is allowed, but all trades must be executed by the verified trader only.

Trading Restrictions

• No arbitrage (latency, gap, or statistical arbitrage).

• No HFT (high-frequency trading) or order spamming.

• No copy trading between multiple Alpha accounts.

• No group trading (multiple traders using one strategy simultaneously across several accounts).

• No all-or-nothing strategies (over-leveraged one-shot trades).

• Strategies exploiting platform latency or price feed delays are prohibited.

• Minimum trade duration: average trade length > 2 minutes.

• At least 50% of total profit must come from trades held for ≥ 2 minutes. News Trading

• Evaluation accounts: No news restrictions — traders may open and close trades during major economic releases.

• Swing accounts: Trades opened within ±2 minutes of a news release must be held for at least 2 minutes, otherwise the profit from those trades may be disqualified.

• Alpha Pro and funded programs: Opening or closing trades within 2 minutes before or 2 minutes after a major news event is not allowed. Such trades are considered a soft breach and their profits are removed.

• Alpha One / Alpha Three: A wider restriction window applies — 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after scheduled news releases. .

Payout Rules

• Minimum required profit for payout request: typically around 2% net profit.

• Payouts can be on-demand, but consistency rules must be met.

• Profit splits vary by program (often up to 80%).

• With partial payouts, a new “consistency window” begins.
