** Expert Advisors (EAs) / Bots **
EAs and automated systems are permitted if they comply with Foxx’s Terms and do not exploit platform behavior.
Forbidden bot behaviours include latency/hedge/arbitrage exploitation, server-spamming, and any automation that replicates another trader’s activity across accounts. Violations may lead to account termination.
News Trading
News rules depend on the chosen challenge — trades opened/closed around high-impact events can be restricted; check the event calendar in the client area.
Pending orders executed during a restricted news window are treated as breaches.
Prohibited Strategies / Practices
Strictly forbidden: HFT/tick-scalping, latency/price-feed arbitrage, exploiting platform glitches, coordinated multi-account manipulation, and any activity designed to game the system.
Unusual or highly inconsistent risk behaviour (sudden extreme position sizing, repeated risky pattern) can trigger manual risk review and sanctions.
Scaling Rules
Foxx offers scaling opportunities (fund increases) for consistently profitable traders — typical public guidance is to show steady monthly performance (examples cited: ~2.5% monthly for several months), plus withdrawals and higher maintained balance; exact scale criteria are in the funding/scale pages.
Foxx promotes “no time limits” and progressive scaling for qualifying traders — confirm exact % and timing in your account dashboard.
Minimum Activity / Inactivity
Foxx requires at least one trade per week; accounts with no trades for the required interval are considered inactive and may be breached/closed.

The payout schedule allows traders to request profits periodically, depending on their program and account status.
All payouts must comply with Foxx Funded’s risk guidelines and account verification requirements.
The account must not be in violation at the time of a payout request.
Any refund requests are eligible only within 7 days of purchase, and only if the account has not been used in any way.
