3% Rule No individual trade should result in a loss greater than 3% of your total account balance. If a trade is divided into multiple positions, they will be treated as a single trade. If you open another position in the same direction within 5 minutes of closing a loss, it will be considered the same trade. Above is only applicable to 1 Step, 2 Step and 2 Step Pro Models.
