Fintokei

Fintokei uses Consistency Rules to filter out unsustainable, random, or unrealistic trading patterns. Traders must maintain: Reasonable trade frequency Consistent position sizing Logical strategy progression No random trading bursts intended to “hit” payout levels Failure to meet Consistency Rules may result in soft or hard breaches depending on severity. Prohibited Practices Arbitrage of any kind (latency, triangular, gap, synthetic pricing, cross-broker). Hedging between multiple accounts or with external liquidity sources. One-directional random trading without strategy basis. Price manipulation attempts or exploiting platform behavior. Trading behavior statistically equivalent to gambling, e.g. random entry bursts, martingale recovery patterns. Account sharing or trading accounts on behalf of others. Any detected prohibited activity results in immediate termination without refund. Inactivity Rule Accounts with no new trades for 30 consecutive calendar days may be closed automatically. Traders must actively maintain participation to continue in the program. Payout Eligibility Rules (Corporate or Individual) Accounts must adhere to all risk rules, Consistency Rules, and no-breach conditions. Identity and banking details must match the trader Payout frequency and thresholds follow the conditions of the program the trader participates in.

These rules apply across all programs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Their purpose is to ensure fair trading, protect liquidity partners, and maintain realistic trading behavior aligned with real-market conditions. Copy Trading & Multi-Account Management Copy trading is allowed, including use of EAs, as long as all activity reflects the trader’s own strategy and risk management. Hedging across accounts, mirroring strategies, or executing coordinated trades across multiple accounts (whether your own or other traders’) is strictly prohibited. Entering identical or near-identical trades on multiple accounts with the intent to build artificial risk-free structures is forbidden. Signal-sharing, social trade copying, or using external third-party copy services is not allowed. Copying trades from external accounts is allowed only if the external account belongs to you and is traded manually or with your own strategy. Violations result in immediate breach of the account and termination of contractual cooperation. News Trading Trading through news is allowed, but traders must be aware of the naturally wider spreads, slippage, or liquidity limitations. Risk Management Requirements Stop-loss is strongly recommended, especially for high-volatility pairs or metals. If your trading behavior is assessed as highly volatile or uncontrolled, Fintokei may require mandatory SL at all times. Daily Loss Limit (DLL) must be respected on Virtually Funded Accounts. Breaching DLL results in account termination. Maximum Loss Limit must be respected at all times. Excessive concentration risk (e.g., oversized exposure in one instrument) is monitored and may lead to intervention. Bots / Expert Advisors Bots and EAs are allowed if they follow all trading rules. Prohibited automated behavior includes: Latency or reverse arbitrage Tick-scalping or micro-scalping exploiting broker execution Price-feed manipulation techniques Cross-account hedging or mirrored execution Using emulators or synthetic feeds “Challenge-style” strategies that do not reflect real-market tradability Any EA or bot engaging in these behaviors will result in permanent account closure.

Payout Frequency Traders can request performance reward withdrawals every 14 days. Fintokei introduced Instant Payouts (as of August 4, 2025): request with one click, approval in seconds, and funds sent within 1 business day. Profit Split / Performance Reward Ratio The percentage of profits that a trader keeps depends on their program. For some programs, it can go up to 100%. For example: In the SwiftTrader program, 100% of performance reward is possible once you hit the minimum profit requirement. In other evaluation programs (like ProTrader or StartTrader), the reward ratio starts at 50%, and can scale up to 100% depending on performance. Minimum Payout Amount The minimum withdrawal amounts are: €100, $100, 2 000 CZK, or ¥20,000. For cryptocurrencies, there are commissions: ETH / USDT: 2.5% of the payout + €10 fee BTC / USDC: 2.5% + €20 fee Payout Eligibility Conditions You must pass KYC (identity verification) before requesting payouts. Before making a payout request, you have to close all open trades. For SwiftTrader accounts specifically: you need to make at least 3% profit from your starting balance in order to be eligible to request a payout. Account Status During Payout When you request an Instant Payout, your account remains active — you can continue trading with the remaining balance. Payout Restrictions Payouts are made only to wallets or bank accounts that are approved by Fintokei and belong exclusively to you. No third-party payouts are allowed.
